Exhibitor Booth


Basic exhibit space is 10’x10’. In addition to the basic pipe and drape (10’ back, 3’ side rails), furnishings include one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, and one space identification sign. Additional furnishings or electrical needs are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Display materials or equipment may not exceed length, depth, or height of the exhibit space. Additional space needs beyond the basic booth will be handled upon request. PVA will provide each exhibitor with a digital exhibitor kit approximately six weeks prior to the event.

Exhibit Hall Action

  • The Summit exhibit hall is the center of all the conference activity as attendees must cross through the exhibit hall to enter the educational sessions
  • Complimentary breakfast and lunch served daily in the exhibit hall for exhibitors and attendees
  • Two coffee breaks in the mid-morning and mid-afternoon will occur in the exhibit hall
  • Incentive "game" requiring participants to visit each booth to be eligible for a prize drawing
  • ePosters will be on display inside the exhibit hall throughout the week
  • Tables and chairs will be set-up along the perimeter of the exhibit hall for all to use
